Exchange and Return

Can I exchange or return the goods?

Yes, you can exchange or return the goods within 14 days after purchase. This right is guaranteed by Consumer Protection Law.

To exercise your right please make sure that:

- the item has not been used and has no signs of use;
- the item is complete and its packaging is intact;
- all labels and factory marking are present.

In other words, you are entitled to have a non-food product of proper quality replaced with a similar product, if you are not satisfied with its shape, dimensions, design, colour, size or if there are other reasons why it cannot be used as intended. Item of proper quality can be exchanged, provided it has not been used and if it still has marketable appearance, consumer appeal, seals, labels, as well as payment document issued to the consumer together with the sold item.

If you contact us within 14 days after purchase requesting exchange of the item, which in your opinion is of improper quality, but the item meets criteria of proper quality goods, the store assistant will exchange it.
